About Us

Meet Pascale Johnson

Our Founder and Visionary Leader

Growing up in a household of faith, Pascale Johnson was deeply influenced by her grandmother, the matriarch of her faith, who helped mold and prepare her for her calling. Pascale's journey began in Haiti, and at the age of 14, her father brought her and her siblings to the United States for a better life and education. She transitioned to living with her father and stepmother after her parents' separation. Despite enduring many challenges, including verbal abuse, injustice, bullying, poverty and facing various misfortunes, Pascale's faith remained steadfast.

During high school, Pascale experienced bullying for her skin, her weight, and the language barrier, making the transition even more challenging. Leaving everything behind to start a new life was anything but common. By doing hair to support herself, she discovered her true passion. She initially pursued a career in dentistry, but the Lord spoke to her about embracing her gifts, leading her to change her major and attend beauty school instead. This decision marked the beginning of a long journey of obedience to God.

After years of making strides in the beauty industry, Pascale transitioned from her successful career as a South Florida cosmetologist to full-time ministry after a radical encounter with God. Following deliverance from a near-death experience and receiving multiple confirmations, Pascale embraced her calling in the five-fold ministry as a prophet, dedicated to equipping, training, and preparing others for service. The name of her ministry, Uncommon Daughters, was given to her through a vision from God. Pascale acknowledges that without her grandmother’s impartation, this ministry would not have been possible. This ministry is an inheritance from her grandmother, as she was told in an encounter with the Lord.

In 2018, Pascale married her beloved husband, and they now reside in New Orleans, LA. Uncommon Daughters focuses on fostering intimacy with Jesus, nurturing personal identity, and empowering women to embrace their spiritual inheritance. Pascale is passionate about helping women recognize their inner beauty and worth, guiding them to walk confidently in their divine identity. She enjoys literature, writing, worship, and fashion, and loves to intercede on behalf of others. Pascale is also dedicated to street ministry, praying for the homeless and elderly, demonstrating her commitment to serving others in all aspects of her life.

Pascale believes that no matter the challenges you face, your faith and obedience can lead to uncommon transformations. She encourages everyone to embrace their unique journey, trusting that Jesus’ plan will lead to greater purpose and fulfillment. Her story is a testament to the power of perseverance, faith, and the unwavering belief that with God, all things are possible. Let Pascale’s journey inspire you to step into your calling and embrace the uncommon path God has for you.

Our Mission

Uncommon Daughters exists to help women grow in intimacy with God, embrace their kingdom identity, and claim their divine inheritance.

Our Vision

At Uncommon Daughters, we are dedicated to fostering deep intimacy with God through genuine connection, embracing our divine identity as royalty in His kingdom, and understanding our prophetic inheritance.

Through intensive prayer, training, and mentorship, we empower women to realize their unique roles and confidently step into their God-given authority, leaving a lasting legacy of faith and transformation for future generations.

Our Core Values

"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters." (Colossians 3:23)

  • Intimacy with God is at the heart of our faith journey. It involves spending time in His presence, listening to His voice, and cultivating a deep, personal relationship with Him through prayer, worship, and meditation on His Word.

"Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears and listens to and heeds My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and will eat with him, and he [will eat] with Me." (James 4:8)

  • Knowing who we are in Christ is foundational to our spiritual growth. Our identity is rooted in being daughters of the King, embraced by His love, and empowered to live out our divine purpose with confidence and grace.

"For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus." (Galatians 3:26)

  • We are called to live lives of holiness and purity, reflecting God’s character in our actions, thoughts, and attitudes. Living this life starts with understanding that we can’t be pure or holy on our own but by simply receiving this gift based on what Jesus has done. God needs our cooperation, which involves setting ourselves apart and, by the empowerment of the Spirit, resisting temptation, and striving for moral excellence in every aspect of life.

"But just as He who called you is holy, so be holy in all you do." - 1 Peter 1:15

  • Healing and wholeness are integral to our spiritual journey. We believe in God’s power to restore our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, bringing us into a state of complete wholeness and peace.

"But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes, we are healed." (Isaiah 53:5)

  • God created each of us uniquely, with specific gifts and purposes. We value authenticity, encouraging women to embrace their true selves and live out their unique callings with integrity and joy.

"For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them." (Ephesians 2:10)

  • Empowerment comes from recognizing our strength in Christ. We aim to equip and inspire women to step into their God-given roles with boldness, confidence, and the assurance that they are empowered by the Holy Spirit.

"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." (Philippians 4:13)

  • Faith and obedience go hand in hand. Living a life that is pleasing to God can only be done through faith, while obedience is yielding to God’s instructions. We are committed to not only believing in God’s promises but also acting on His Word, demonstrating our faith through our obedience to His commands.

"But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves." (James 1:22)

  • Generosity reflects God’s heart and character. We are committed to living generously, sharing our time, talents, and resources with others, and being a blessing to our community and beyond.

"All the believers were together and had everything in common. They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need. Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts." (Acts 2:44-46)

  • We serve a God of order and excellence, so we strive for excellence in everything we do, serving God and others with the highest standards of integrity, dedication, commitment, devotion, and love. Our aim is to honor God through our actions and to inspire others to do the same.

"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters." (Colossians 3:23)

  • We believe in the power of community and sisterhood. Together, we support, encourage, and uplift one another, fostering a sense of belonging and unity that strengthens our faith and enriches our lives.

"And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another." (Hebrews 10:24-25)

  • The Son of Man (Jesus) did not come to be served but to serve, and He is our highest model. We are committed to a life of servanthood and advocacy; we believe they are expressions of our faith and God’s love in action. We are committed to serving those in need, advocating for justice, and using our gifts to make a positive impact in our communities and the world.

"Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms." (1 Peter 4:10)

  • Boldness and courage are essential for stepping into the calling God has placed on our lives. We are committed to living fearlessly, standing firm in our faith, and pursuing our divine purpose with unwavering confidence and bravery.

"Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go." (Joshua 1:9)
